Delivery within the European Union

Delivery may take up to 3 - 7 working days (during holidays or National Days this may vary).

Delivery cost is a flat fee of £5 within the EU. 


Delivery to Rest of the World

Delivery may take up to 5 - 10 working days (during holidays or National Days this may vary).

Delivery cost to Rest of the World may vary up to £10 depending on the country.

Returns & Exchanges

Did you received your order but the product does not fit amazingly? 

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange and/or refund from Dr. Embroider. 

However, be aware that if you wish to return our amazing item, it must never have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale with the Dr. Embroider tag.

If our Customer Care Team does not feel any of the above points are met, it is in their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return.

Our team will carefully inspect all returned items when they arrive back to our office. If these items are not in a new and unused condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial, rather than full, refund.

Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We would advise you to keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received a refund.

What is the repayment process once my package is sent back?

The refund will usually be made within a 14 day period of receipt of your items. Refunds will automatically be made to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or the Paypal account used for payment.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your products, as well as the refund.

Only items purchased directly from are covered by this returns policy. We are therefore unable to process returns for orders made outside of this website.

What to do if your product is faulty or damaged?

We pay close attention to the details of each one of our products. If, however, you believe there is a fault or damage due to the production of the product and wish to return or let us know, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by email:  - if you provide photos, we will be able to speed up your resolution.
