Order Questions

One of my items is faulty/damaged, what can I do?

If you find a faulty or damaged order, please send photos of the defect to info@drembroider.com and we will be able to advise you further on how to proceed.

How do I make a change to my order?

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been sent out, or if you would like to amend your address, item size or colour, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@drembroider.com. We will do our best to help you, but if your item has already been dispatched, we may be unable to alter your order.

Return Questions

How do I return my order?

Please return your awesome items through the post office using the packaging that your order arrived in. Please send all unwanted items to the address below and make sure to include a note with your name, reason for return and order number in the parcel:

Please be aware that Dr. Embroider is not responsible for any lost parcels, so we recommend purchasing insurance or using a tracked delivery service.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not currently offer free returns on non-faulty items so you will be responsible for paying the return postage cost yourselves. We would therefore advise you to keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received a refund.

How long do I have to return my awesome order?

If you wish to return your order for a refund, please notify us by email at: info@drembroider.com prior to returning your purchase. You have 14 days to return your product.

Any returned goods must remain in the pristine new, unwashed condition in which they were delivered, with their tags still on.

If you are unable to access your account, or if you are having problems ordering from the site, please email us at: info@drembroider.com and we will ask our IT team to look into the issue on your behalf.
